摘要
针对高潜水位区煤炭资源型矿业城市转型发展中表现的特征和存在的问题,提出将海绵城市建设理论应用于矿业城市的改造升级,为打造矿业城市的"山水林田湖"生命共同体的系统提供参考。
Aiming at the problems and characteristics of developing and transforming in coal resources mining city in the region with high level of subsurface water, application of sponge city construction theory in transformation and upgrading of mining city was proposed providing reference for building up a life - consortium system called "mountains, rivers, forest, farmland and lakes" in mining city.
