摘要 大庆油田产出剖面测井普遍采用涡轮流量计进行流量测量,由于涡轮流量计具有旋转部件,容易被井筒中的块状固体卡死,影响测井成功率,因此提出了一种无可动部件的热示踪流量测量新方法。热示踪流量测量方法是通过测量热脉冲流过两个固定距离的温度探头的时间来确定流体流量。对研制的热示踪流量计,在多相流试验装置上垂直和水平模拟井中开展了动态实验研究。实验结果表明:在3~40 m^3/d流量范围,标准流量和测量流量成线性关系,测量重复性好;垂直井中测量误差大于水平井中测量误差。热示踪方法在水平井分层流动条件下的测量效果较好。 The turbine flowmeter is widely used to measure the flowrate in the production profile logging in Daqing Oilfield. But the success rate of logging is low because the turbine flowmeter has rotating parts,which can be easily blocked by the solid stuck in the wellbore. Consequently,a new method of flowrate measurement is put forward based on thermal tracing which has no moving parts. The method of flowrate measurement based on thermal tracing is by measuring the time of the heat pulse flowing through the two fixed distance temperature probe to determine the fluid flowrate. The research of dynamic experiments is done by using the thermal tracing flowmeter on the multiphase flow test equipment in the vertical and horizontal simulation wells. The experimental results show that the standard flowrate and the measuring flowrate have linear relationship and good repeatability for the flowrate ranging from 3m^3/d to 40m^3/d. The errors of flowrate measurement in the vertical simulation well are greater than that in the horizontal simulation well. The thermal tracing method of flowrate measurement has better effect under the condition of horizontal stratified flow.
