摘要 非接触电能传输技术是采用电磁耦合原理实现电能和信号从井下石油仪器的旋转件传送到非旋转件、测量井下石油仪器状态参数及准确控制导向机构姿态调整。针对电能和信号在井下有线、无线传输等技术缺点,着重研究了适用旋转导向钻井工具的非接触电能传输系统,完成耦合器的结构设计和系统电路开发。通过此项技术的应用,解决了井下功率变换和数据通讯传统方法的束缚,降低了故障率,为井下非接触的、长时间的、稳定的供电和通讯提供了一条有效途径。 The contactless electrical energy transmission technology is adopting the electromagnetic coupling principle to realize electrical energy and signal transmission from the rotating parts to the no-rotating parts of downhole petroleum instrument to measure the downhole instrument state parameters and control the attitude adjustment of guide mechanism accurately. Aimed to the technical shortcomings of the electrical energy and signal transmission by the underground cable and wireless transmission,the contactless electrical energy transmission system suitable to the rotary steering drilling tool is studied emphatically. The coupler structure is designed,and the system circuit is developed.Through the application of this technology,it resolves the bound of the underground power conversion and data communication of traditional method and reduces the failure rate. And it can provide an effective way for a long time stable non-contact power supply and communication.
