摘要
粗级配沥青混合料具备优良的高温抗车辙和低温抗裂能力,使用后又不降低路面的其他性能,但施工过程中易出现离析、空隙率偏大等问题,室内试验数据无法有效模拟现场实际情况。文章研究设计了垂直振动成型方法,分析了油石比对体积参数的影响,并对粗级配沥青混合料抗压强度试验、劈裂试验及水稳定性试验进行验证。结果显示垂直振动成型方法显著提高了粗级配沥青混合料密度值,有效降低了空隙率和矿料间隙率;能够降低ATB-25沥青混合料最佳油石比约0.2%~0.3%(与马歇尔方法相比),并改善了混合料高温力学性能、抗水损害能力及低温抗裂能力。
The coarse graded asphalt mixture has excellent high-temperature rutting resistance and low-temperature crack resistance, its use does not reduce other properties of pavement, but it is prone to some problems such as segregation and large porosity in the construction process,and the indoor test data can not effectively simulate the actual field situation.This article studied and designed the vertical vibration forming method, analyzed the influence of asphalt-aggregate ratio on the volume pa- rameter, and verified the compressive strength test, splitting test and water stability test of coarse gra- ded asphalt mixture.The results showed that the vertical vibration forming method can significantly im- prove the density of coarse gradated asphalt mixture, and effectively reduce the porosity and inter-ma- terial porosity; it can reduce the best asphalt-aggregate ratio of ATB-25 asphalt mixture by about 0. 2%- 0. 3% (compared to Marshall Method), and improve the high-temperature mechanical proper- ties,water damage resistance ability and low-temperature cracking resistance of the mixture.
