当前,伴随着我国社会经济的快速发展,路桥工程项目中应用的机械设备种类繁多。做好路桥工程项目租赁设备的管理,对确保工程质量工期和提高项目综合效益意义重大。文章主要从选准适用的租赁设备、采用合适的租赁方式、强化科学的组织管理及做好充分的维护保障等四个方面阐述了实现路桥工程项目租赁设备高效管理的对策。

Currently,with the rapid development of China＇s social economy,there are many kinds of mechanical equipment being used in road and bridge engineering project.The leasing equipment man- agement of road and bridge projects is of great significance for ensuring the engineering quality period and improving the overall efficiency of the project. This article described the countermeasures to realize the efficient management of leasing equipment in road and bridge project from four aspects of selecting applicable leasing equipment, adopting the appropriate leasing method, strengthening the scientific organization and management,and performing sufficient maintenance and protection.
