作为首座也是唯一建成的"七人小组"集体署名的建筑,"电气住宅"被视作该团体最重要的作品。此项目标志着小组团体活动的终结,但并非是他们各自职业生涯的终结:"电气住宅"面临的议题此后仍由小组成员持续地关注和发展。文章系作者就"七人小组"整体职业生涯和个人历史,及其设计方法和成就所作的博士论文研究的一部分。

The ’Electric House’ is considered the most significant work realized by ’Gruppo’ 7,as it is the first and only completed project signed by this collective of architects.This work marks the end of the group’s activity,although not the end of their individual careers：the topics faced with the Electric House will eventually continue being developed by each of the members of the group.The analysis of this work is part of a PhD thesis research that focuses on the whole professional and personal history of the’Gruppo 7’,on its design methods and its results.
