摘要 随着汽车涂装技术的发展,高固含状态下施工的涂装技术逐步得到了推广和认可。笔者联合多家国际涂料和原材料供应商,对汽车高固含涂装技术进行了大量论证实践,在奇瑞公司成功改造应用高固含涂料的基础上,研究了几种新的高固含涂装工艺技术,使得高固含涂装技术不断成熟丰富,成为可以和水性漆工艺媲美的环保涂装选择。 With the development of automotive coating technologies, the high solid coating technology has been accepted and industrialized. In this article, supported by several international coatings and raw materials suppliers, the high solid coating technology is testified through plenty of practical applications. In addition, several novel high solid coating technologies have been developed as the high solid coating technology is applied successfully in Chery production lines, which enable the improvement of high solid coating technology regarded as an environmental friendly process as good as the waterborne coating technology.
