双氰胺改性角蛋白填料的制备与应用 被引量:7

摘要 采用双氰胺为功能单体、以甲醛为交联剂,对制革废弃牛毛提取的角蛋白进行改性,用红外光谱、粒径分析等进行了表征,并进一步制备制革专用角蛋白填料,回用于制革填充工序。研究表明,当角蛋白与双氰胺质量比为1∶0.5,双氰胺与甲醛的物质的量比为1∶3,羟甲基化时间为1 h,共聚时间为1.5 h时,改性蛋白填料填充皮革的增厚率最高;将蛋白填料应用到制革中,蛋白填料用量为10%,所得皮革增厚率为41.8%,粒面平细,手感柔软丰满,物理机械性能好。 Dicyandiamide was used as functional monomer and formaldehyde was used as crosslinking agent to modify the keratin extracted from cow hair in leather-making industry, with the IR spectra,particle size analysis and so on to characterize. And further preparation of leather special protein fillers was used for tanning filling process. Research showed that: When the mass ratio of keratin to dicyandiamide was 1∶0.5, the molar ratio of dicyandiamide to formaldehyde was 1∶3, the hydroxymethylation time was 1h, the copolymerization time was 1.5h, the thickening rate of the modified protein filler was the highest. The protein filler was applied to the leather,when the amount of protein filler was 10%, with the resulting leather thickening rate of 41.8%, to obtain the fine grain, the soft and plump sensory properties, as well as good physical and mechanical properties.
