摘要
针对棉织物开发一种功能性仿皮革面料涂层胶,探讨了涂层胶中聚丙烯酸酯乳液合成乳化剂、引发剂用量、聚合反应温度及两种功能单体用量对聚合乳液性能的影响;同时,探讨涂层胶复配的功能填料二氧化硅用量对织物应用性能的影响。结果表明:当引发剂用量0.8%、非离子乳化剂7.0%、聚合温度75℃、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯用量10%、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷5%、二氧化硅用量15%,聚合乳液稳定性好,织物拒水、拒油、抗扭曲弯挠性良好、手感柔软具有仿皮革效果。
A multifunctional film coating adhesive was developed for cotton fabric, with the imitation leather feeling. The effect of emulsifier, initiator, polymerization temperature and functional monomer dosage on the properties of emulsion polymerization were studied. At the same time, the influence of SiO_2 amount on application performance of fabrics was also studied. The results showed that: as the initiator dosage was 0.8%, polymerization temperature was 75℃, non-ionic dosage was 7%, the amount of 2,2,2-Trifluoroethyl methacrylate was 10%,the amount of Vinyltrimethoxysilane was 5%,the amount of SiO_2 was 15%, the emulsion was stable while the fabric has the best performance index such as waterproof, oil-proof, anti torsion bending and good washing fastness.
