摘要
本文以酸处理蒙脱土K10为载体,分别将三氯化铁(FeCl_3)和硝酸铈铵(CAN)负载在蒙脱土上制成负载型催化剂,用于苯偶姻、苯甲醛、苯胺和醋酸铵四组分一锅煮合成1,2,4,5-四苯基咪唑。并通过熔点测定、红外光谱、核磁共振、元素分析等对产物的结构进行了表征。实验表明以蒙脱土K10固载CAN为催化剂,由苯偶姻、苯胺、醋酸铵和苯甲醛四组份一锅煮合成四取代咪唑。具有反应时间短、收率高、操作简便、催化剂活性高、选择性好等优点。
In this paper, by using acid-treated montmorillonite K10 as catalyst supporters,montmorillonite-supported FeCl_3 and CAN catalysts were prepared. The 1,2,4,5-four phenyl imidazole was obtained via a four-components reaction of benzoin, benzaldehyde, phenyl amine and ammonium acetate by Montmorillonite supported reagent catalyst. Its structure was characterized by melting point determination, IR, NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Experiment result showed that CAN/Montmorillonite K10 was an efficient for one-pot synthesis of tetrasubstituted imidazole. The reaction had the advantages of short reaction time, excellent yield, easy work-up, high activity and selectivity.
