城镇化对区域经济增长质量的影响

The Impact of Urbanization on the Quality of Economic Growth

以2005—2013年中国29个省区的平衡面板数据为样本(除西藏、黑龙江及港澳台),深入分析了城镇化对经济增长质量的作用机理,结果表明:全国和东中部地区传统城镇化与经济增长质量表现为非线性关系,西部地区为正线性关系;全国和分地区新型城镇化与经济增长质量为线性关系,均具有显著促进作用;另外,对外开放扩张、产业结构升级、政府支出规模增大以及经济转型可以进一步巩固城镇化的收入效应,推动经济增长质量水平稳步提升,城乡收入差距和能源消费强度扩大则会抑制经济增长质量的提升。最后,根据上述结论提出提质增效的对策建议。

Paper treats balanced panel data from 2005 to 2013 in 29 provinces of China as samples（except Tibet,Heilongjiang, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan）, and further analyzes the mechanism of urbanization on the quality of economic growth. The results show that traditional urbanization has a nonlinear relationship with the quality of economic growth, in the country, eastern region or central region.Traditional urbanization has a positive linear relationship with economic quality in the western region. In the country or each sub-region, new-type urbanization keeps a linear relationship with the quality of economic growth, and plays a significant role in promoting quality. In addition, something like opening expansion, industrial structure upgrading, government expenditure increasing and economic transformation can further consolidate the income effect of urbanization and promote the level of economic quality steadily, while the quality of economic growth is hindered by the income gap between urban and rural areas and the intensity of energy consumption. Finally, based on the above conclusion, some suggestions are put forward to improve quality and efficiency.
