摘要
为提高热作模具钢H13钢的耐磨性,采用激光熔覆在H13钢表面制备了SiC_p/Ni35熔覆层。用XRD、OM、SEM和EDS对熔覆层的物相、组织和成分进行了分析;测试了熔覆层的显微硬度;用高温磨损试验机测试了熔覆层的常温和高温耐磨性能。结果表明,熔覆层由γ-Ni(Fe)固溶体、增强相M_7C_3以及硼化物、硅化物和石墨构成。熔覆层的显微硬度、常温及高温摩擦性能都比H13钢有显著提高。
In order to improve the wear resistance of H13 steel,SiCp/Ni35 coatings on H13 surface were prepared by laser cladding.Coating phases,microstructure and elements in the coating were analyzed by XRD,OM,SEM and EDS.Microhardness of coating was tested by microharness tester.The room temperature and high temperature wear resistances of coatings were tested by high temperature wear tester.The results reveal that coating is composed of solid solution of Ni,reinforcing phase M7C3,borides,silicides and graphites.Coating exhibits the better microhardness,room temperature and high temperature wear resistance than H13 steel.
