大型薄壁钛合金头罩铸造工艺设计及应用 被引量:3

Casting Process Design and Application of Large-sized Thin-walled Titanium Alloy Hood

摘要 采用石墨型铸造工艺制备了大型薄壁钛合金头罩铸件。针对头罩高度大、壁薄的特点,设计了3套浇注系统:卧式阶梯式浇注系统、头锥置上顶注式浇注系统以及尾部朝上雨淋式浇注系统。结果表明,卧式阶梯式浇注系统表面裂纹多且密集,不能满足产品要求。两种顶注式浇注系统表面裂纹少,能够生产出优质钛合金头罩。 Large-sized thin-walled titanium hood was prepared successfully by graphite mold casting.Three sets of gating systems were designed for the large height and thin wall of hood including horizontal stepped gating system,top gating system from the beginning and the tail.Experiments show that many surface cracks can be observed in the hood with the horizontal stepped gating system,which can not meet the product requirements.Two kinds of top gating system are able to produce high quality titanium alloy hood with less surface cracks.
