摘要
考虑传统的集中式控制方法整合多种可控元素带来的控制系统复杂、调节实时性差和通信网络压力大等问题,提出了基于多智能体系统的电压协调控制方法。该方法充分利用智能体自治、协调特性,通过尽可能少地配置量测单元,获取馈线电压分布情况;充分考虑各种调压设备的特性,针对不同的电压异常情况,确定了调压优先级序列,给出了SVR区域电压协调控制方法以及解决信号互斥所遵循的原则。所提出主动配电网电压分布评估及其调节策略实现了的分散式电压控制,使得馈线各节点电压始终处于安全区间内。仿真算例验证了其有效性和正确性。
Considering the complex control system,inferior real-time regulation and high communication pressure caused by the traditional central control method that integrates various controllable elements,a voltage coordination control method is proposed based on multi-agent system.By taking full use of the autonomy and coordination of agents and allocating the measurement units as few as possible,the voltage profiles of feeders can be obtained.Considering the characteristics of various voltage regulation devices,the priority sequences are determined for distinct voltage abnormities.A regional voltage coordination method is proposed by using step voltage regulator,and the principle of signal mutual exclusion is given.The proposed evaluation method and control strategy realize a decentralized voltage control,which can always keep the voltages at different nodes in the safety interval.The effectiveness and validity of the proposed voltage regulation strategy are verified by numerical examples.
