摘要
围绕中压独立微网系统,提出了一种基于序贯蒙特卡洛算法的可靠性评估方法,该方法可根据自动保护装置的位置,对独立微网系统进行拓扑分区,提出了可同时考虑系统有功和无功功率平衡的运行控制策略,解决了传统可靠性方法在分析系统无功充裕度方面的不足。最后围绕改造后的加拿大某地区实际的独立微网系统,研究了储能装置不同参数对系统可靠性水平的影响,结果验证了所提方法的有效性。
This paper presents a reliability evaluation method for medium voltage stand-alone microgrids based on sequential Monte Carlo simulation.Based on the location of automatic protection devices,a topology partitioning method is used.A novel power flow based operation strategy is presented to take account of both active and reactive power balance,which overcomes the shortage of traditional reliability evaluation method in analyzing the adequacy of system reactive power.A modified practical stand-alone microgrid in Canada is studied to investigate how different battery storage system parameters affect the system reliability.The results indicate the correctness of the proposed method.
