眼底荧光血管造影联合532激光治疗Coats病效果观察

The clinical efficacy of fluorescent fundus angiography combined with 532nm laser in Coats' disease

目的探讨眼底荧光血管造影检查联合532激光治疗Coats病的临床效果。方法对19例(20只眼)经眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)检查确诊的Coats病患者采用532激光光凝治疗,治疗后6~36个月(平均18个月)随访,对比分析治疗前后的FFA及视力情况。结果治疗后视力0.1以上者12只眼,0.01~0.1者6只眼,数指2只眼。其中16例16只眼接受多次视网膜激光治疗,视力恢复明显,均提高2行或0.02以上,末次激光治疗3个月后进行FFA检查,病变血管全部萎缩,渗出停止,部分渗出已经吸收,好转患者占80%。4例4只眼伴有视网膜脱离患者,532激光治疗后,视网膜复位,但视力未提高。结论 FFA检查Coats病的病变区域联合532激光治疗效果显著,早期发现并光凝治疗效果更好。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of fluorescent fundus angiography （FFA） combined with 532 nm laser in Coats＇ disease. Methods Nineteen patients （20 eyes） with Coats＇ disease confirmed by FFA were treated with 532 nm laser and followed up for 6 to 36 mongths （mean 18 months）. Fundus fluorescein angiography results and eyesight before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, there were 12 eyes with eyesight more than 0. 1, 6 eyes with eyesight O. O1 to O. 1 and 2 eyes with eyesight less than O. 01. 16 patients （ 16 eyes） accepted muhiple retinal laser therapy and the visual acuity improved significantly and were increased by more than 2 rows or 0. 02. Three months after the last laser treat- ment, FFA results showed that the diseased vessels all atrophied, exudation stopped and the partial exudate had be absorbed. Improved patients accounted for 80%. The retinas of four patients （4 eyes） with retinal detachment were reset, but the eyesight was not improved. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of fluorescent fundus angiography combined with 532 nm laser in Coats＇ disease is significant, especially for early diagnosis and photocoagulation.
