他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎效果观察

Observation of the curative effect of tacrolimus ointment treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis

目的探讨0.03%(10 g∶3 mg)质量分数的他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的有效性及安全性。方法选取资料齐全、诊断明确的88例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者为研究对象,将患者分为观察组和对照组,各44例。观察组患者外用0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗,对照组患者外用薇诺娜舒敏保湿霜治疗,治疗4周后按照4级评分法评估两组患者临床治疗效果及所发生的不良反应。结果治疗4周后,采用χ2检验进行统计学分析,观察组患者总有效率为97.7%,明显高于对照组的77.3%;观察组发生不良反应2例(4.5%),明显低于对照组的7例(15.9%),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎效果确切且安全性较高,可供临床医生选择使用以更好地控制患者症状。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of tacrolimus ointment with 0.03% （ 10 g：3 mg） concentration in the treatment of facial hormone - dependent dermatitis. Methods A total of 88 patients with facial hormone - dependent dermati- tis were selected and the patients were divided into observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with 0. 03% tacrolimus ointment and the control group were treated with winona tramal moistur- izing cream. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical treatment effect and the adverse reaction were evaluated according to the grade 4 score method. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 97.7% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （77.3%） ; The adverse reaction rate was 2 cases （4. 5% ） in the observation group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group （ 15.9% ）, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment treatment of facial hormone - dependent dermatitis is effective and safe for clinicians to choose to better control the symptoms of the patient.
