西方国家公务员绩效考核的经验及其借鉴价值 被引量:1

摘要 西方资本主义国家由于受到经济发展水平较高的推助性影响,相应公务员绩效考核体系的构建,相对国内有着更为悠久的发展历史。本文将西方国家公务员绩效考核工作的开设,以及相应考核体系的构建作为主要研究对象。在简单介绍国家公务员考核基本价值观念的基础之上,将西方公务员绩效考核中蕴藏的工作经验,以及相应的借鉴价值做出了深入的分析。
