关于人力资源管理实践教学改革设置的若干思考 被引量:2

摘要 随着劳动力市场竞争的日益激烈,越来越多的人力资源管理专业大学生面对严峻的就业形式,及自身能力的短板,不能实现充分的就业,高校对于人力资源管理专业的大学生培养方案的设计和教学模式的选择都存在很多问题,需要及时完善,完善人力资源管理专业实践教学体制建设具有重要现实意义。为此,本文在提出人力资源管理专业实践教学目前存在的问题的基础上,分析了如何解决这些问题,并给出了具体对策及意见。
