摘要 通过二元影像测量仪和扫描电镜研究了湿喷、干喷和抛丸工艺对高速钢M42-弹簧钢X32双金属带锯不磨合试切GCr15钢齿尖崩刃和空转背部疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明,干喷可以保证齿尖形成稳定圆滑的表面,承受切割和振动的冲击力和增加锯条背材表面残余压应力,提高疲劳寿命,是该双金属锯条最合适的表面处理方式。 The effect of wet-mix sprays, dry spray and shot blasting process on teeth tip breaking by non-running-in cutting steel GCr15 and fatigue life of blade back material by idling fatigue test of high-speed steel M42-spring steel X32 Bimetal saw blade has been studied by binary image measuring instrument and scanning electron microscope. Results show that the dry spray process may insure the teeth tips to form stable smooth surface and bear impact by cutting and vibrating, and increase the residual compressive stress at blade back material to increase the fatigue life, it is suitable surface treatment method of the bi-metal saw blade.
