摘要
采用X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱和元素分析对合成的几种胺铂配合物的结构、理化特性进行了研究 元素分析结果和理论计算一致 红外光谱结果表明官能团配位与结构相符 X射线衍射分析表示该类化合物均属斜方晶系 实验选用黑色素瘤 (LiBr)做为外胚层模型 ,白血病细胞K562 做为中胚层模型 ,肝癌 ( 772 1 )做为内胚层模型 通过用MTT法对这几种铂类配合物抑制肿瘤细胞生长效果的测试结果表明 ,胺铂配合对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用与浓度梯度和胺配体密切相关 随着铂配合物浓度的增加 ,抗癌效果明显增强 随着胺配体的不同 。
This article presents the results of the research using the method of X ray diffraction,Forier transform infrared spectroscopy to investigate the physics chemical property and structures of amine platinum complexes.Experimental results show that theoretical value tallies with experimental values in the ultimate analysis and that the infrared spectra indicate that the functional group agrees with the structure.The result of X ray diffraction showed that all of the structure of the amine platinum complexes is monoclinic system.The anticancer activity of amine platinum complexes was determined by means of MTT test.In our experiment,melanoma call LiBr,hematopoietic cell K 562 ,and the liver cancer cell 7721 were used as the model of anticancer activity.They are determined by means of MTT test on the inhibiting effect of the growth of human tumor cells.The experimental results showed that the inhibiting effect of the growth has a direct bearing on the concentration and the functional group.The influence of the amine platinum complexes on tumor cells showed that the same cell line has different sensibilities with the amine platnum complexes of different concentration,and the cell damaging effects are disinct heightened with increased the concentration.The different cell line has different damage at the different functional group.
