特色产业是地区依托资源优势促进经济发展的支柱之一。在"双创"时代,企业创新能力是影响地区特色产业发展的重要因素。文章主要针对怀化市特色产业的发展现状和存在问题,探讨科技情报服务特色产业路径,提高特色产业竞争力的对策研究,从而提高企业技术创新水平,引导高端化的产业集群集聚。

The characteristic industry is one of the pillars of the regional economic development.In the age of ＂double innovation＂, enterprise innovation ability is an important factor affecting the development of regional characteristic industries. This paper focused on the development of characteristic industry present situation and existing problems of Huaihua city,to explore science and technology information service path of characteristic industry,to enhance the competitiveness of characteristic industry and give some suggestions.
