Plan Researching on Power Plant Accessing Based on Vietnam Power Market Revolution

文章基于近几年多个我国设计的越南火电厂项目的经验,从电厂接入系统设计中电气二次专业角度,对中越两国大型火电厂设计的异同进行了介绍,总结了在电力市场改革的形势下,越南电源项目系统接入设计时的难点和重点,包括电气控制、监视、继电保护、关口计量、SCADA等方面,为厂网接口工作的顺利展开提供了宝贵的经验总结和技术方案参考。

This dissertation was a conclusion based on the experience on the engineer of Vietnamese thermal power plant.For power plant engineering,the grid accessing is a job that includes many interface between the power plant and power grid company.In this dissertation,the conclusion introduced the difference on grid accessing of power plant between China and Vietnam, which includes electrical controlling, monitoring, relay protection, tariff metering, SCADA and so on.The conclusion could be a reference plan for other Vietnamese power plant project.
