郑州地区儿童急性呼吸道感染相关病毒和非典型病原体分析 被引量:2

Analysis of children with acute respiratory infection related viruses and atypical pathogens in Zhengzhou area

摘要 目的了解郑州地区儿童急性呼吸道感染(ARI)相关病毒和非典型病原体的感染情况。方法对本院2015年1月1日-2016年12月31日拟诊断为ARI的患儿血清,以间接免疫荧光法(IFA)测得的10种常见呼吸道病原体的Ig M抗体结果进行回顾性分析。结果 10种病原体的总检出率为59.36%,FLU-B检出率最高,为41.61%,其次是MP(25.42%)和FLU-A(22.52%)。983例阳性患儿中单纯感染占34.59%,混合感染占65.41%。<1个月组、1个月~6个月组、7个月~11个月组、1岁~3岁组、4岁~6岁组、7岁~12岁组的总检出率分别为9.09%、31.17%、69.50%、95.56%、96.23%、94.92%。FLU-B各季节检出率均较高,FLU-A在春季和夏季、秋季有小流行,MP在夏季、秋季和冬季有小流行,RSV在春季、夏季检出率较高。结论郑州地区引起儿童ARI的病原体主要是FLU-B、MP、FLU-A和RSV,多是混合感染,且各病原体检出率与年龄和季节相关。 Objective To understand the infection status of children with acute respiratory infection( ARI) related viruses and atypical pathogens in Zhengzhou area. Methods We collected the serum of children,who were intended to diagnose as ARI from January 1,2015 to December 31,2016 in our hospital. The Ig M antibodies against 10 kinds of common respiratory pathogens were detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay( IFA),and the results were analyzed retrospectively. Results The total detection rate of 10 kinds of pathogens was 59. 36%. FLU-B had the highest percentage,which was 41. 61%,followed by MP( 25. 42%) and FLU-A( 22. 52%). Mixed infection accounted for to 65. 41% of 983 positive cases,while single infection accounted for 34. 59%. In 〈1 month,1 month-6 months,7 months-11 months,1 year old-3 years old,4 years old-6 years old,7 years old-12 years old group,the total detection rate was respectively 9. 09%,31. 17%,69. 50%,95. 56%,96. 23%,94. 92%. FLU-B had a higher detection rate in each season,while FLU-A was popular in spring,summer and autumn,and MP was popular in summer,autumn and winter. Otherwise,RSV had a higher detection rate in spring and summer. Conclusion In Zhengzhou area,FLU-B,MP,FLU-A and RSV were the mainly pathogens in children with ARI. These pathogens were mostly mixed infections,and the pathogen detection rate was associated with age and season.
