使用不同来源精子对卵胞浆内单精子注射结局的影响

A research on the outcomes of intracytoplasmic sperm injection used sperm from different sources

目的研究使用不同来源精子对卵胞浆内单精子注射结局的影响。方法选择2015年1月至12月在本中心接受卵泡浆内单精子显微注射(ICSI)治疗的夫妇,根据使用精子的来源不同分成5组,A组睾丸精子组,B组附睾精子组,C组严重少、弱、畸形精子组,D组冷冻复苏精子组,E组不明原因前次IVF受精失败或受精率小于30%组,比较ICSI后2PN率、2PN卵裂率、优质胚胎率的差异。结果 E组2PN卵裂率与A组、B组、C组比较,差异有统计学意义,D组优质胚胎率与A组、B组、C组比较差异有统计学意义。其他指标采用两个独立样本t检验分析,两两比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论在临床中可以根据患者具体情况和实验室技术条件选择不同来源的精子进行ICSI治疗。

Objective：To investigate the outcomes of intracytoplasmic sperm injection used sperm from different sources. Methods：255 Couples undergoing ICSI in our center 2015 January to December were divided into 5 groups used sperm from different sources,the 2PN rate,2PN cleavage rate and good embryo rate were investigated and analyzed. Results：There was positive correlation between E group and A,B,C groups on 2PN cleavage rate;There was positive correlation between D group and A,B,C groups on good embryo rate. There was negative correlation between the other groups. Conclusion：NO obvious clinical significance difference was found on the outcomes of intracytoplasmic sperm injection used sperm from different sources,sperm from different sources should be used according to clinical need.
