不同辅助孵化方式对小鼠胚胎体外发育影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨不同辅助孵化方式对小鼠胚胎体外发育的影响。方法将冷冻复苏后的小鼠胚胎随机分为人工辅助孵化组、激光辅助孵化组、对照组,比较各组的囊胚孵出率。结果熟练操作人员人工辅助孵化组和激光组囊胚完全孵出率差异不显著,均高于对照组(P<0.05,差异显著;不同人员人工辅助孵化组差异显著(P<0.05);不同人员激光辅助孵化组差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论不同形式的辅助孵化方式均能有效提高囊胚孵出率;激光与人工的辅助孵化相比较,更省时、安全,值得推广。 Objective:To investigate the effects of different assisted hatching methods on the development of mouse embryos in vitro. Methods:The cryopreservation of mouse embryos were divided into artificial incubation group,laser assisted hatching group and control group,then compare the blastocyst hatching rate of every groups. Results:As a skilled operator,There was no significant difference in the rate of blastocyst hatched difference between assisted hatching group and laser group,but higher than those in the control group,There was Significant difference(P 0.05);There was Significant difference between the different personnel assisted hatching groups(P 0.05);There was no significant difference in the rate of different personnel laser assisted hatching group(P 0.05). Conclusion:Different forms of assisted hatching method could effectively improve the blastocyst hatching rate;laser and artificial assisted hatching compared,more time-saving,safe,worthy of promotion.
