目前高校大学生健康教育存在的问题及对策研究

Research on current problems and countermeasures of health education in college students

通过对部分高校健康教育现状的调研、分析,指出高校健康教育存在学校领导重视不够、没有专门的机构部门负责、教学内容不够系统全面、教学方式方法不够丰富,教学效果不佳等突出的一些问题。提出为了加强高校大学生健康教育,学校应成立专门的学生健康教育领导小组,统筹安排、监督学生健康教育各项工作的开展;充分整合学校的本科教学、学生工作及校医院等方面资源,全面系统的构建高校大学生健康教育体系;多引入一些专业的卫生保健及心理教育方面的教师,加大对现有师资的培训力度,积极开展健康教育的课程建设、改革,不断丰富教学内容、教学方式;广泛采用校园广播、闭路电视、板报等途径,并充分利用现代信息化技术,通过网络、手机微信APP等多种新传播平台,强化高校大学生的健康教育。

Through the analysis and investigation of current state of health education in some universities, this paper demonstrates that some problems, including the lack of leader＇s attention, no specific department to supervise, insuffi- cient educational contents, less diversity of educational methods and unsatisfied teaching effects. In order to enhance the health education in universities, the authorities of universities should establish a professional panel for the students＂ health education who arranges and supervises all kinds of works; combine the resources of teaching, student affairs, college hospi- tals and so on; establish a comprehensive systematic students＂ health education; introduce more professional teachers spe- cializing in health care as well as psychological education and also train the current staff; vigorously improve health educa- tion curriculum, expend the contents and methods of health teaching; also promote students＂ health education by a variety of tools and ways, such as campus broadcast, closed circuit television, blackboard education, the internet, and Weixin （WeChat） applications.
