目的分析血压、血糖和血脂在不同年龄成年体检者的变化。方法选取2015—2016年在本单位体检中心进行体检的健康者2 290人,根据检测结果分析不同年龄血压、血糖、血脂情况。结果各年龄段三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及空腹血糖(FPG)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各年龄段血脂异常、血压升高及血糖升高发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随着体检者年龄的增加,血糖、血压及血脂水平呈上升趋势,且血糖升高、血压升高及血脂异常发生率不断增加。

Objective To analyze the changes of blood pressure, blood glucose and serum lipids in adult subjects at different ages. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 2 290 persons with different ages who attended the physical examinations were examined and the items included the blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid, and the re- sults were analyzed according to their ages. Results The levels of triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, systolic blood pressure （SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP） and fasting blood-glucose （FPG） were significantly different among the dif- ferent age groups （P 〈0.05）. There was a significant difference among the different age groups in the incidence rates of dys- lipidemia, elevated blood pressure and hyperglycemia （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion With the increase of age, the blood glu- cose, blood pressure and blood lipid levels are increasing, and the incidence rates of elevated blood glucose, elevated blood pressure and dyslipidemia are increasing.
