肝内胆管结石患者腹腔镜肝叶切除术的围手术期护理干预研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探析肝内胆管结石患者腹腔镜肝叶切除术的围手术期护理干预。方法选取2015年4月—2017年1月本院收治的肝内胆管结石患者78例,经医院医学伦理委员会审核通过后,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各39例,对照组给予围术期常规干预,研究组则给予综合干预措施,对比其临床效果。结果研究组患者对服务的满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且并发症的发生情况远低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,干预前,患者的焦虑、抑郁评分无明显差异,干预后,研究组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组。结论围术期个性化干预措施对于腹腔镜肝叶切除术患者的快速康复具有促进作用,降低了并发症,改善了不良情绪,具有临床推广价值。
