多种教学法在医学免疫学教学中的灵活应用

Flexible application of different teaching methods in the teaching of medical immunology

医学免疫学作为一门基础学科,理解难度大且知识更新快,教师肩负着传道授业的重任,在平常教学中要关注各种教学方法,学习各种先进技巧与经验,灵活运用于免疫学的课堂教学中去。文章介绍了互动多媒体教学法、PBL教学、翻转课堂教学模式、CBL教学、比喻教学法以及"项目-导师制"实验教学法在课堂中的运用技巧。教学方法千变万化,但核心仍以学生为本,教师引导为辅,以提高学生自主学习能力为目的。教师在教学中可以综合运用多种教学法,汲取多种方法的优点,使学生主动学习。

Medical immunology is a basic course,which is difficult to understand but updates at fast speed. It is advisable to pay special attention to teaching methods for the sake of teaching efficiency. This paper introduces the skills of interactive multimedia teaching method,PBL teaching method,flipped class teaching model,CBL teaching method,analogy teaching method,and project and tutor system applied in experimental teaching briefly. It also advocates the student-centered teaching mode under the guidance of teachers.
