摘要
采用问卷调查的方式对南方医科大学临床专业的留学生(MBBS)展开调研,目的是探讨MBBS学生对教学的整体满意程度以及他们对授课老师的要求。结果显示,MBBS学生对授课教师的个人情况(如年龄、性别、个性、是否有海外留学经历)以及其学术水平(如职称、英语应用能力)等方面都有他们的偏好和要求。文章从MBBS学生的视角提出一系列全英教师培养的策略,为打造留学生教育品牌提供理论参考。
In this study,questionnaires were used to explore the overall satisfaction and the expectations of teachers among MBBS( Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery) students. The survey was implemented in Southern Medical University. The results showed that MBBS students had their preferences for and expectations of teachers in many aspects such as age,gender,personality,overseas study experience,professional title and English ability. The corresponding teacher training strategies were planed based on the results of the survey in order to create an education brand in the medical field.
