随着中国国民经济持续、快速、稳定的增长,综合国力不断增强,人民币加入SDR,人民币的国际影响力进一步提升,人民币国际化面临着机遇与挑战,那么跨国企业国际结算同样充满机遇与挑战。如何防范国际结算风险成为跨国企业经营管理的关键要素之一。人民币国际化背景下风险管理也突显其重要性,通过分析当前经济形势来阐述跨国企业所面临的国际结算风险情况,并提出相应的解决措施。

With the development of economy, China＇s comprehensive national power has risen up quickly. After the inclusion to SDR, RMB＇s international influence has further enhanced, and then the international settlement of multi-national enterprises is facing full of opportunities and challenges. How to prevent international settlement risk becomes one of the key factors in operation management. This article mainly focuses on elaborating the international settlement risk situation of multinational corporations under the background of RMB internationalization from the perspective of risk management, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
