摘要
江铜集团德兴铜矿富家坞采区上部排土场均属于高段排土,一直存在排土高差大,排土沿线沉降快、沉降频繁等问题,目前排土场上部标高为+500m,排土场底部标高为+170m,最大排土段高为330m。随着排土场坡脚逐步延伸到西尾矿边缘,500排土场排土段高达到330m,并且随着采区上部剥离量增加,排土沿线推进速度加快,排土沿线沉降更加迅速,排土坡面出现断裂、鼓包等不稳定现象,为此通过优化采区剥离工程与废石走向,对排土场作业方向、顺序等进行优化,以此提高高段排土场作业安全。
The upper dumping area of Fujiwa mining area in Dexing Copper Mine of Jiangxi Copper Corporation is all high section dumping, and there are always problems such as large dump height gap, rapid settlement along the line, frequent settlement and so on. The current elevation of the upper part dump is + 500 m, the elevation of the bottom dump is +170 m,and the maximum section height of dumping is 330 m. With the dumping slope foot gradually extended to the edge of the west tail mine, the dumping section height of 500 dump is up to 330m; and with the increase of stripping amount in the upper part of the mining area, dump line is expanding faster; the settlement of dump is more quickly. The slope surface appears broken, drum kits and other instability phenomenon. Therefore, we optimize the stripping works, waste rock alignment,operation direction and sequence of the dump, in order to improve the safety of high section dumping.
