废水深度处理技术在某铜矿山中的应用

摘要 某铜矿山三面环湖,提高铜矿山回水复用率减少外排是一个长期有效的环保措施。通过将尾矿库澄清水抽到选矿厂高位水池,采用"混凝-沉淀-砂滤"废水深度处理的工艺流程,处理后的水用于选矿流程。该处理工艺简单、运行稳定可靠、管理维护简便、处理后出水可替代新水使用,日常运行费用低。 A certain copper mine is surrounded by lake on three sides, to improve the copper mine water reuse rate and reduce emissions is a long-term and effective environmental protection measures. By pumping clear water of the tailings pond into up pool of concentrator, adopting " coagulation-sedimentation-sand filtration" advanced treatment process, the processed water can be used in mineral processing. This process is simple, stable and reliable operation, management and maintenance is simple, the treated water can replace new water, daily operation cost is low.
