摘要 针对姚家岭铜锌多金属矿中有用矿物嵌布粒度不同、伴生关系复杂等特点,试验研究优先浮铜、锌硫混浮后分离流程,结果表明采用铜一粗两扫三精-锌一粗一扫两精的流程以及合理的药剂制度可有效实现铜、锌、硫分离。闭路试验最终获得铜品位为18.11%、回收率为84.72%的铜精矿,锌品位为51.66%、回收率为87.48%的锌精矿,硫品位为33.37%、回收率为60.49%的硫精矿。 The characteristics of useful mineral assemblage in Yaojialing copper-zinc polymetallic ore are different, and the relationship is complex. The experiment used the preferential floatation of copper, zinc and sulfur separation after the mixed process to study. The results show that the separation of copper, zinc and sulfur can be effectively realized by the process of one roughing, two scavenging and three cleaning on copper and one roughing, one scavenging and two cleaning on zinc and reasonable pharmaceutical system. Closed-circuit test eventually obtained copper grade of 18.11%, recovery rate of 84.72% copper concentrate. Zinc grade of 51.66%, the recovery rate of 87.48% of the zinc concentrate. Sulfur grade of 33.37%, the recovery rate of 60.49% of the sulfur concentrate.
