摘要 以贵溪冶炼厂废水处理工艺为例,研究了铁离子对外排水指标的影响,并结合生产实际,用硫化滤液对废铁进行溶解,提升废酸铁离子浓度。实施后,石膏滤液Fe^(2+)由44mg/L上升到200mg/L,外排水含砷由0.07mg/L降低至0.02mg/L,年节约生产成本54.6万元,取得了良好的效果。 In this paper, taking Guixi smelter wastewater treatment process as an example, studied on the influence of iron ion external drainage index, and combined with the actual production; the iron sulfide was dissolved by filtrate, improved the waste acid concentration of iron ion. After implemented operation, the Fe^2 + contained in gypsum filtrate was raised from 44mg/L to 200mg/L, and the arsenic contained in drainage wastewater removal ratio was reduced from 0.07mg/L to 0.02mg/L.The annual production cost was saved by 546,000 RMB, and good results were achieved.
