临床药师参与1例重症胰腺炎患者营养支持的案例分析

Clinical pharmacists participate a case analysis of nutrition support therapy for a patient with severe acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨临床药师在重症急性胰腺炎患者个体化营养支持治疗中的作用。方法:通过1例重症急性胰腺炎案例,分析患者肠内营养不耐受的原因并采取相应对策,结合患者病理生理特点制定个体化肠外营养支持方案。结果与结论:临床药师应对重症急性胰腺炎患者的营养支持开展全程化的药学监护,及时调整营养支持方式,调节患者营养状态,改善患者预后。

Objective： To explore the role of clinical pha---cmacists in individual nutrition support therapy for severe acute pancreatitis patients. Methods： A case of clinical nutritional therapy for a severe acute pancreatitis patient who had intolerance with enteral nutrition was analyzed and individualized nutritional therapy was applied based on pathophysiologic characteristic. Results ＆ Conclusion： Pharmaceutical care of clinical nutrition therapy for a severe acute pancreatitis patient was carried out by clinical pharmacists in the whole process. Patient prognosis was improved by timely adjustment of nutritional support and nutritional status of patient.
