医学生对患者安全文化的认知及教育需求的相关性分析

Medical students' level of knowledge of patient safety and their education needs:a correlative study

目的了解医学生对患者安全文化的认知水平,分析其与教育需求的关系,为在医学生中开展患者安全文化教育提供参考。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法问卷调查650名医学相关专业大三及以上年级高校学生。结果所有调查对象的"患者安全"总体得分为20.80±3.41分,被调查学生中,68.9%认为开设患者安全文化教育很有必要,21.2%认为比较需要;患者安全文化认知整体水平与教育需求呈负相关(r=-0.200,P<0.05)。结论医学生对患者安全文化的认知水平较低,教育需求较高。

Objective To understand the correlation of medical students＇ level of knowledge of patient safety to their needs of education with a view to developing a patient safety education program for the students. Method Firstly, 650 students in the third year and higher grades chosen by cluster random sampling were surveyed by means of a questionnaire. Findings The average score of all respondents in the survey was 20.80＋ 3.41. The result shows that nearly 70% of the students believed that it was necessary to promote education of patient safety. About 20% of the students believed that education of patient safety needed improvement. The correlation coefficient of overall knowledge level of patient safety educational needs was -0.200 （P 〈0.05） , which indicated a negative correlation. Conclusion The medical students surveyed generally have a low level of knowledge of patient safety and high demand for the education.
