摘要
脓毒症是儿科重症监护病房患儿死亡的主要原因之一。由于体内炎性介质的瀑布式释放,脓毒症患儿血浆及组织存在大量炎性介质及细胞因子,使炎症免疫失控,进一步损害组织和脏器功能,从而发展为多脏器功能衰竭,且病死率高。血液净化技术可以通过滤过、透析和吸附等原理清除血液中的炎性介质,减轻脏器损害,调节炎症平衡,降低脓毒症患儿的病死率。但血液净化技术在儿科危重症病的应用仍经验欠佳,关于其使用剂量方面的研究观点亦未统一,这还需进一步探究。
Sepsis is one of the main causes of death in pediatric intensive care units. Due to the release of inflammatory mediators in the body, sepsis results in a large number of plasma and tissue inflammatory mediators and eytokines, and then the inflammation immune is out of control, further damage to tissue and organ function, eventually develop into multiple organ failure. Blood purification can clear the blood of inflammatory mediators, reduce organ damage, regulate inflammation balance, reduce the mortality of sepsis children through filtering, dialysis, adsorption and other principles. But the blood purification technology is still lack of experience in the application of pediatric critically ill disease, that the dosage has not obtainedunified opinion, which needs further studies.
