红花紫荆修剪枝叶人促分解的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 红花紫荆修剪枝叶在3种堆肥处理过程中堆料含水量相较于初始含水量变化不大,pH值总体上呈下降趋势。堆肥过程中真菌个体总数随堆肥进程出现高低的变化,在4月和7月均出现增长高峰,碳酸氢铵和水处理10月又多出现了一个增长高峰。3种堆肥处理间的真菌数量差异明显,各处理月份间真菌数量存在显著性差异,以10月真菌个体数量最多。从供试红花紫荆修剪枝叶的3种堆肥处理中共分离出13个真菌类群,其中小克银汉霉属Cunninghamella和刺座霉属Volutella为优势真菌类群。真菌类群数量随堆肥进程整体上为增加趋势。 During three composting treatment process of branch leaves of pruning of Bauhinia blakeana, the moisture changed little comparing with initial moisture contents. The p H of experimental groups, in general, tended to decrease.The genera isolated from samples changed obviously with season. The fungal quantity increased obviously in April and July, and had peaks of the individual number in October treated by ammonium bicarbonate and water. The fungal quantity varied significantly between different treatment group, and existed significant differences in different month, while the individual number of fungi was the highest in October. 13 fungal genera were isolated and identified from samples of branch leaves from garden tree pruning. Among them, Cunninghamella and Volutella were the predominant fungal genera.The numbers of fungal genera had an increasing tendency with time.
