摘要
通过大型有限元模拟软件ANSYS,结合螺旋波纹圆管的波形特点,研究了螺旋波纹钢圆管涵与环形波纹钢圆管涵的竖向位移、波峰、波谷等效应力等问题,通过螺旋波纹钢圆管涵与环形波纹钢圆管涵的模拟对比分析,得到两者管径为1.0 m、1.5 m、2.0 m、2.5 m时分别对应填土高度2.6 m、3.6 m、4.6 m、5.6 m下的竖向挠度变化以及管周应力对比分析规律。
Combined with the waveform characteristics of spiral corrugated pipe, using the large -scale finite element simulation software ANSYS, this paper studied the vertical displacement, wave crest and wave trough equivalent stress of spiral corrugated steel pipe culvert and annular corrugated steel pipe culvert. Through sim - ulative comparison analysis of spiral corrugated steel pipe culvert with annular corrugated steel pipe culvert, it learnt the tube circumference stress and the verticaldeflection variation, filling height of 2. 6 m, 3.6 m, 4. 6 m, 5. 6 m diameter respectively at the 1.0 m, 1.5 m, 2.0 m, 2.5 m.
