大孔径钢波纹管涵土压力测试及有限元模拟分析

摘要 通过对大孔径钢波纹管涵洞土压力野外现场试验,以及进行有限元模拟计算结果分析得出:填土过程中,钢波纹管涵管周土压力随着管顶填土高度的增加呈现非线性变化;填土过程中,当管顶填土高度为管径的1.5倍时,管顶及管侧附近的竖向土压力系数均接近1,此填土高度为临界管顶填土高度值;总体上有限元模拟填土压力计算值较理论计算土压力值更接近实测值。 Through field test of earth pressure on large aperture steel corrugated pipe culverts, as well as finite element analysis, the results show that - the earth pressure around the steel corrugated pipe culvert has a nonlinear change with the increase of filling height at the top of pipe in the process of filling; During the filling process, when the height of the pipe filling is 1.5 timesof the pipe diameter, the vertical earth pressure coef- ficient near the pipe top and the pipe side are both close to 1, and this filling height is the critical height of the pipe top; Generally, the earth pressure value calculated by finite element simulation is closer to measured value than theoretical calculation.
