摘要
树人先育德,德正人才昌。道德教育旨在提升个体生命质量、促进社会发展,但是当前中小学道德教育的首要地位凸显不足。由于道德教育课程"纯理化"、管理"实效化"、认知"狭窄化",从而造成道德教育内容偏于知识化、方法倾于灌输式、过程流于间断性、评价倚重于量化,出现道德教育中"教"与"育"分离现象。为此提出对策:倡导回归生活化的道德教育理念;采取体验式和活动化的德育课堂;构建以生为本的中小学校园文化;设立系统性的道德教育评价机制。
To nurture a man must first cultivate his virtue,for virtue will make a man prosper.Moral education aims to improve the quality of individual life and promote social development. However, the primary status of moral education in primary and secondary schools is insuffi- cient because the curriculum of moral education is purely theoretical, the management focusing on actual effect and the cognition is narrow, Thus,the content of moral education is partial to the knowledge,the method tends to be instilling,the process is intermittent,and the evaluation depends on the quantification, resulting in the separation of teaching and education. The are put forward:to advocate the moral education concept of returning to life;to adopt experiential and active moral education classroom; to construct a student-centered campus culture in primary and middle schools and set up a systematic moral education evaluation mechanism.
