摘要
四象限脉冲整流器广泛应用于电力牵引传动系统。IGBT是脉冲整流器的核心器件,易发生故障,对其开路故障检测进行了研究。首先分析了脉冲整流器IGBT开路故障下的特征。然后用网侧电流平均值除以电流绝对值的平均值,设为检测变量,对各功率等级、各故障下的检测变量进行分析,总结出设置阈值的方法;最后通过硬件在环仿真验证了检测方法的有效性。
Four-quadrant pulse converters were widely applied in electric traction drive systems. IGBT was the core device of the four-quadrant pulse converter, which was prone to fail. |GBT open-circuit fault detection for four- quadrant pulse converters was studied. Firstly, the characteristics of the open-circuit faults were analyzed. Then the average value of the grid current was divided by the average value of the current' s absolute value as the detection variable. The detection variable under different power level and each fault was analyzed and the threshold was decided by the detection variable with rated power. Finally, the effectiveness of the detection method was verified by hardware- in-the-loop simulation.
