KTP Optical Parametric Oscillator with a Non-Resonant Configuration

摘要 研究了双晶体走离补偿、非谐振腔型KTP光参变振荡器 ,利用一套膜片实现了KTP相位匹配所允许的全波段调谐 ,信号光调谐范围 0 6 98μm~ 1.0 2 6 μm ,闲频光调谐范围 1.10 5 μm~ 2 .2 37μm。 5倍阈值处 ,信号光84 0nm最高输出能量 5 3mJ,能量转换效率 2 5 8% ,量子转换效率 4 0 % ,闲频光的量子效率也达到 32 %。 The non resonant KTP optical parametric oscillator (NRO) with two walkoff compensating crystals has been demonstrated, which is characteristic of single wavelength output at forward and backward direction and preventing from gain saturation. The KTP NRO is tunable from 0.698 μm~1.026 μm (signal) and 1.105 μm~2.237 μm (idler) without changing mirrors and other optical components. The signal output energy is about 53 mJ corresponding to 25.8% energy conversion efficiency and 40% quantum efficiency, and idler quantum efficiency of 32% is attained.
