摘要 熔盐电脱氧法制备金属合金是一种新型绿色冶金技术。试验采用WO_3、Ni_2O_3制备阴极片作为阴极,在熔盐NaCl-CaCl_2混合体系中进行电解制备出W-Ni合金。本文主要研究了对压片压力大小、阴极片烧结温度、熔盐温度、电解电压、电解时间等对熔盐电脱氧法制备W-Ni合金的影响。研究表明,压力为15 Mpa压制,烧结温度为800℃制备的阴极片,在熔盐电解温度为750℃,电解电压为3.0 V时,NaCl-CaCl_2熔盐体系电脱氧制备W-Ni合金的效果最佳。 It is a new green metallurgy technology to prepare metal alloy by molten salt electro deoxidation. The cathode alloy was prepared by WO3 and Ni2O3, and the W-Ni alloy was fabricated by electrolysis in molten salt NaCl-CaCl2 mixed system. In this paper, the effect of the pressing pressure, the sintering temperature of cathode film, the temperature of molten salt, the electrolysis voltage and the time of electrolysis on the preparation of W-Ni alloy by molten salt electro deoxidation was studied. Research shows that the pressure of 15 Mpa pressing, cathode sintering temperature of 800℃ prepared by molten salt electrolysis in a temperature of 750℃ , the electrolysis voltage is 3 V, NaCl-CaCl2 prepared by electro deoxidization in molten salt system of W-Ni alloy is the best.
