Research on Cost Management in Construction Stage of Non-ferrous Metal Projects under EPC Mode

施工阶段作为EPC模式的核心环节,是建设项目实体最终形成的重要阶段,其造价管理更是创优质工程中的重中之重。因此,本文基于集成管理理论,首先深入挖掘并整合了有色金属建设项目施工阶段造价管理面临的现实问题,然后从全要素集成管理和全方位集成管理两个方面提出了造价管理对策,以期完善造价管理体系。

As the core link of EPC model, construction stage is the important stage of the construction project entity, and its cost management is the most important part of the project. Therefore, this paper based on the theory of integrated management, the first reality deeply and integrate the face of nonferrous metal construction project cost management in construction stage, and then the cost management countermeasures from two aspects of the elements of integrated management and integrated management, in order to improve the cost management system.
