摘要
利用Stern-Volmer方程和紫外吸收光谱相结合,讨论了土霉素(OTC)对CdTe量子点的荧光猝灭机理。实验结果表明,猝灭常数随温度的升高而降低,且OTC对CdTe的双分子猝灭速率常数Kq也远大于各类猝灭剂的猝灭速率常数2.0×10^(10)L·mol^(-1)·S^(-1),故判断该猝灭机制是静态猝灭。同时通过紫外-可见吸收光谱对猝灭机制进行了探讨,进一步说明,CdTe与OTC分子形成了新的CdTe-OTC体系,且两者之间存在静态相互作用。
Fluorescence quenching mechanism of CdTe quantum dots by Oxytetracycline(OTC)has been studied based on Stern-Volmer equation and UV-Vis spectrum.Kq of CdTe quenching procedure initiated by Ru are much greater thanmaximum collisional quenching constant (Kq) is 2.0×10^10 L·mol^-1·S^-1,and Ksv inversely correlated with temperature,it can be concluded that the quenching process is probably by static quenching.At the same time,UV-Vis absorption spectra of CdTe in the absence and presence of OTC was further verify that fluorescence quenching of CdTe by OTC was resulted from the CdTe-OTC ground state complex.
