Research on China's product recall liability insurance based on Samsung explosion incident

文章以2016年三星手机事件为背景,来研究我国的产品召回责任保险。主要从产品召回责任保险的作用、产品召回责任保险的现状及存在的问题、产品召回责任保险的监管体系等方面出发,对目前产品召回的问题进行研究讨论,为我国产品召回责任保险的完善提供参与。

Based on the 2016-year Samsung mobile phone incident,this paper studies the product recall liability insurance in China. Mainly from the role of product recall liability insurance,product recall liability insurance status and existing problems,product recall liability insurance supervision system and so on.This paper discusses the problem of product recall at present,and gives some opinions, hoping to make the best of our product recall liability insurance.
