β受体阻滞剂在脓毒性休克治疗中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 脓毒症(sepsis)是指机体对感染反应失调而导致危及生命的器官功能障碍的一种状态[1].随着人口老龄化,每年全球新增数百万脓毒症患者,其中超过1/4的患者死亡,成为当今世界危重患者死亡的主要原因之一.脓毒性休克是在脓毒症的基础上,发生循环衰竭及细胞代谢方面的异常,大幅度升高了脓毒症的病死率[1].脓毒性休克时,交感肾上腺髓质系统过度兴奋[2],血中儿茶酚胺类激素水平明显升高,出现儿茶酚胺介导的心肌损伤、代谢紊乱、胰岛素抵抗等不利影响.而β受体阻滞剂通能够与β肾上腺素能受体选择性结合,减少其过度激活对器官的多重副作用.近期研究发现,脓毒性休克患者使用β受体阻滞剂,与传统治疗相比,不但不增加不良事件,反而能够改善心血管系统的损伤、代谢紊乱、调节炎症反应、改善预后,对脓毒性休克患者可能具有良好的应用前景.
